Quiet Saturday

It's a quiet, gray Saturday here.. Perfect for a walk. I love walking on days like this where it's cool and quiet. The cloud cover is perfect for softer pictures without sharp shadows and the light drizzle makes the colors more intense. My favorite are the maple trees - the bark turn dark with the rain and the leave a brilliant yellow/orange. Magnificent.

The beauty of the fall and the quiet of the forest makes it a perfect place to go and just listen and be heard and hear what's inside.
